Organisational tenancies at Shop 48

Banyule City Council seeks expressions of interest on an ongoing basis from Support Service organisations seeking occupancy within Shop 48’s premises.

Shop 48 has been setup, with the aim of providing members of the local community with an Information Service, and a range of services which respond to the community’s needs. It is preferred that the available office space is utilised by a range of agencies that are engaging with  the community, and that wish to take advantage of the location, embedded in the heart of West Heidelberg.

Currently, the upper floor is only accessible via stairs. Prospective tenants should be mindful of this feature, in considering their needs.

Banyule City Council has initially leased the building until 2024, with two additional five year lease extension options. Occupiers can establish a presence in the area, secure in the knowledge that the facility will exist for an extended period of time.
