Merri Transitional Outreach Support Team offer support to people who are homeless and living in transitional housing.

Mission Australians is a national service in the field of homelessness and social housing, alcohol and other drugs, family and children’s services, employment skill and training, youth support, mental health and wellbeing and disability support services.
Mission Australia’s youth support workers based at Shop 48 facilitate access to the Springboard Program and PHAMs Employment services. Available by appointment. Call 1800 88 88 68.
