E-focus is a community based not-for-profit organisation that delivers a range of services to alleviate disadvantage and to enrich the lives of individuals and local communities. Delivering nationally recognised training, employment assistance, and projects to aid in community development; E-focus aims to provide economic and social support to individuals.
E-focus operates Disability Employment Services from offices in Heidelberg and at OurHub on Oriel Rd where we help people find and keep employment. E- focus is the Auspice for the Himilo Community Connect and also delivers training in Community Services, Aged Care, and Disability Support.

Banyule Support and Information Centre Inc administer an Emergency Relief Program on behalf of eligible Banyule residents, living in the postcode areas of 3079, 3081, 3084 and 3085. BANSIC receives funding from the Federal Government and has entered into an agreement with the peak body CISVic and is part of members consortium for ER funding.
The purpose of the Emergency Relief Program is to assist people in financial crisis to overcome their immediate crisis situation, in a way that maintains the dignity of the individual and encourages self-reliance.
Emergency Relief is administered under the same principles as the core services of the agency i.e. the service is;

Community Engagement and Innovation Network (CEIN) is an NDIS registered state-wide organisation that strives to support people with disability, their carers, and families to fully participate as members of the Victorian community. We assist people with disability with their NDIS Support Services from preparing for NDIS Assessment to the Service Delivery needs after their NDIS approval.

A broad suite of employment programs to eligible clients. Assists with transitions from school to work, apprenticeships or traineeships, job to job or returning to the workplace.

Financial Counselling to people in financial stress. The service can be accessed over the phone or face-to-face at Shop 48. Other service available through FMC include counselling, family dispute resolution, family mental health, mediation and education.

Leisure Networks Community Connections team work with NDIS funded participants to build their knowledge and understanding on how the NDIS works.
Support Coordinators help participants with support connection, life transition planning and financial & service intermediary.

Merri Transitional Outreach Support Team offer support to people who are homeless and living in transitional housing.

Mission Australians is a national service in the field of homelessness and social housing, alcohol and other drugs, family and children’s services, employment skill and training, youth support, mental health and wellbeing and disability support services.
Mission Australia’s youth support workers based at Shop 48 facilitate access to the Springboard Program and PHAMs Employment services. Available by appointment. Call 1800 88 88 68.
Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) provides high quality, specialist family and relationship support services. Our services are for all members of the community, regardless of their religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, lifestyle choice, cultural background or economic circumstances.
In addition to its 14 centres across Victoria, RAV has a regular presence at Shop 48, The Harmony Centre, from where we provide community liaison and outreach services to provide members of the community with information and connect them to our services and group programs.
We can also provide counselling at Shop 48. Please contact us to discuss our counselling service or to make an appointment for a session at Shop 48.

An umbrella body for Somali organizations in Victoria, SACOV supports the activities of member organizations working for youth, women and newly settled migrants and refugees with a Somali cultural background. SACOV also provide a Justice of the Peace service to act as an independent and objective witness to documents people use for official or legal purposes.
