Enviroweek Celebration
Join the Local Litter Alliance to celebrate initiatives to reduce litter and rubbish dumping in Heidelberg West.
The celebration will showcase:
- A litter pledge by local traders, who will ban plastic bags in the Mall for the month of September
- Installation of art Start Domes (UpCycled Craft) throughout the Mall.
- Video screenings of student-led research into storm water pollution.
- A workshop for local residents to develop strategies to reduce clutter and recycle unwanted household items.
- Complimentary waste-free lunch, provided by Bell St Mall businesses
- DJ entertainment by Jets Studios
